Currently pastoring a church in Kensington, Cape Town, South Africa, which I pioneered a few years ago. Born into a poor family in Kensington, being the middle of five children, oppressed by our previous regime based on the colour of our skin. Apartheid has caused many peolpe in our country to turn to crime.
Being a man of colour, I got caught up in the promiscous lifestyle of motor bikes. This included excessive drinking, drugs and women. 18 years ago I met Jesus Christ and made Him my Lord & Saviour and was immediately set free and delivered from all those vices.
We have been instrumental in planting a few ministries in the Cape Town area, by raising 'sons' in the Lord and planting them, in the areas God has called them to minister in. Each local assembly has its own character and identity,with the same foundation, a local assembly with a Bible school that not only makes converts, but disciples too.
I am also the founder of History Makers, a ministry unto the males, to change us into men. Men that has a God-given purpose & destiny, men that God has designed us to be.We have a practical ministry time at mens camps, meetings and daily discipleship.
I also teach at our Bible schools and our music school, Xulon Musictech.
This music school equips young men & women for service to the Lord in music. It is also aimed at the disadvantaged communities in Cape Town. Our music training is of high standards in Vocals, various instruments, song writing, sound engineering & music business.
I am still an avid "biker"(31 years of biking) that minister to other "bikers".
I associate with men of God like my 'father in the Faith', founder of Maranatha Fellowship in Goodwood, Cape Town, Pastor Neill Jakins, who currently resides in USA. He is an awesome teacher of the Word of God.
And my 'mentor', founder of Sowers of the Word Church in Lansdowne, Cape Town, Pastor Andrew Lamb. A father in the Faith to the city of Cape Town.
I am proud to be associated with these men of God.
They are seasoned men, with proven character and endurance.
Men that have stood the test of time, with about 80 years of ministry between them.

| | Interests I have been an avid sportsman, playing sport like soccer, baseball, table tennis, rugby and other sports. I am a beach bum. Love the sea and the sun. I am only now feeling the tug of travelling for the sake of the Gospel. I absolutely love teaching from the Word of God. I am a teacher more than a preacher. I love spending time in the Word as the Word reveals who Christ is and thus allows me to form an even more intimate relationship with God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
After 18 years of serving the King of Kings, I just cannot get enough of Him. I am more excited now for Him, than I was when I submitted my life to His Lordship. Romans 15:29 | | Television Not much of a TV person. Most programmes that I watch is the News and sport. I just find that it is a waste of time in my life. Could rather be a benefit to the Kingdom of God. Musi: a wide variety from classic to jazz. Most genres of music. No favourite artist, even though I prefer our local musicians. |
