Good point on the AWANA kick-off.  I intended for it to be just the one night to say Kick-off, but then just awana for the rest of the wednesdays.

For administration of the site, I am trying to encourage program directors, leaders, etc. to update their stuff and keep the calendar updated.

An important reason behind the calendar and event things is for people searching for a church in our area to see what we have available.  No one knows their programs like the leaders and workers.  I just try to fill in the gaps when the calendars come out....

If we had a media/public relations committee...it would be part of their job to maintain the websites.
