I am a good soldier of Jesus Christ (2 Tim 2:3-4) and I love the Lord with all my heart,soul,mind and strength. I have been born-again since June 12th, 2002, when I surrendered my life to Jesus while in a prison segregation cell--where I experienced true freedom for the first time in my life. Glory to God!
I grew up in a denominational church where I was baptized and confirmed, but although I knew some facts about Jesus and the Bible, I did not "know" Jesus (John 17:3). At age 13 my lifestyle ended me up in jail for the first time and things went down hill from there. I was involved in all kinds of criminal activity and ended up with a 30 year prison term. Sad to say, I never heard the true Gospel message during the many years I attended a denominational church, but first heard it at a jail Bible study group. I just went to the group to get out of the cell block, but that seed stayed with me for so long. After that I always knew that I needed to commit my life to Christ and knew I was headed for hell.
Thank God my ex-mother-in-law never stopped praying for me.
I recently started up my own business (Integrity Construction & Remodeling). I found out that it is much better to work for myself than for someone else, and it pays better too.
