| I started attending ONC in 1952, the second week of their beginning. I was very involved with all the choirs and the youth. I left about 1985. I am married to a wonderful man, Grant. He has 2 children, and of course, I have David, Cindy, and Alan who are all married. We have 9 grandchildren ranging from 2 - 20 years old. AND we have adopted 5 children, ages 21/2, 6, 7, 8 and 11. Yes, we are crazy! I am back at Osborne and loving it. The children are all involved there. We have a non-profit organization "Children of Zion Ministries". We want to travel to different churches to teach and mentor people in doing what we are doing with children. I teach a Bible Study Class in our home to marrieds. I am also involved in a healing ministry for peoples emotional hurts, pains from their past and grief of loss of a loved one, by death or broken relationship. Yes, I am very busy, but loving my life. | | Interests My husband is from a family of photographers, so I took a class on photography and I really enjoy taking pictures. Mostly God's outdoors, wild animals, and children. Grant takes for formal stuff. I like cooking, writing and traveling. | | Movies A Walk in the Clouds

| | Music WORSHIP MUSIC | | Books I really enjoy reading. I usually have 3 or 4 books going at the same time. Generally the books I read are for spiritual growth, and to help my class. I love in depth studying. I don't have time for novels. I think the only one I read and thoroughly enjoyed was, Tommy Tenneys, "One Night with the King". Which is a book on Esther and I taught a ladies class on the same. | | Television Don't watch much TV. When I do, it is usually a movie on Hallmark or Lifetime channel. |

I've been praying for everyone down there who lives in wildfire-vulnerable areas, which I'm pretty certain includes you and yours. Wildfires can start and explode at any moment during the present conditions, from lightening, electrical fires, human sources, etc.
I've had much training and experience in forest fire fighting, much in a supervisory position. I've jumped out of helicopters into wildfires. I've been following everything down there on the Internet. I suspect that there may be other Osbornites living in vulnerable areas. I hope all of Osborne is praying. I feel comfort in the fact that you and yours are held safely in God's hands. Praying for you…

I am disappointed to have to miss tonite. Hopefully Jason will be able to attend. But we would like to have you over for dinner, instead. Then we can grill you personally! Blessings on your evening. Laura
