Event Management System (EMS) Process: External Customers should contact the EMS Administrator as the initial contact for all room rentals [classes, seminars, weddings, funerals] and all food events. EMS will generate an EMS request and forward for necessary approvals. Upon approval will forward to all supporting ministries and the customer [internal and external]. Internal Customers [Ministry Leaders] should contact their Ministry Liaison and complete an EMS form to seek approval of the event. The Ministry Liaison will contact the EMS administrator to process the request. Upon approval, the EMS Administrator will forward to all of the supporting ministries and the initial customer.
