I am a 33yr old, Christian Black male, who has covered alot of ground in a short amount of time. I am a former U.S. Army Avionic Mechanic (68N10), who has served five years, and received an Honorable Discharge for his endeavors. I am a Disabled Veteran, former school bus driver, former Professtional Truck Driver, and now a Business Administration major at American Intercontinental University-Online. I enjoy serving God to the fullest intent possible. It is in my smile, my actions, my singing, my weeping, and my conversations. I am a member of the Mass Choir, Choral Ensemble, and Male Chorus; as well as past-president and member of the Media Library ministry team.
My life could not exist to be this profoundly efficient, without the many advances of God Almighty. His miracles are ever present in each step I take daily. Under advisement of an Army Orthopedic Surgeon, I had surgery November 4, 1998; correcting years of overuse to my left foot, arch, and achilles tendon. It became a career-ending surgery at best, requiring a second, salvage procedure May 3, 1999. At that time, it took the hand of God to move me through rehabilitation, restoration, and release from the military.
In seven years, my life has abounded from many blessings God has measured to me. What is more exciting to me, is that He isn't finished with me yet. He has carried through a failed marriage, car accidents, provided many skills, and has always assured that my needs will be met. I have three Godchildren now, Kirsten Brianna (4), Aaron Gerald (2), and William Nasir (5 weeks). School keeps me busy, as well as my minor cousins, and countless errands. I have recently accepted a team position of events coordinating, for the Hockaday Family Reunion; which may take a weekend away from church. But rest assured, I am available when it counts the most.
I haven't reall conquered my shyness, although I make every effort to be reachable, and approachable. I love my chruch family immencely, for affording me the opportunity to rehearse with the Young Adult Choir, one evening in September 1994. It was His Annointing that lead to me joing the Macedonia Family.. Hallelujah!!.. | | Interests I am still on this battlefield for my Lord. The vow are still sincere, i'm here with Him, untill He chronicles the end of my timeline. | | Movies Evan Almighty, Whose your Caddy, Die Hard 4, I want to see Rush Hour 3, and Taxi is my all time favorite. | | Music I am a fan of the Clark Sisters, collectively; for past and present works. Individually, I love me some Dorinda Clark-Cole. Karen's music expression has pulled me through difficult, explosive moments in my life. Twinkie can play a Hammond B3 organ!!..
I am a fand of Micah Stampley, Detrick & Damita Haddon, David & Tamala Mann, Kelly Price, Babbie Mason, Yolanda Adams, Donald Lawrence, Kirk Franklin, Donnie McClurkin, Marvin Sapp, and Hezekiah Walker.
I have a vast fondness for Richard Smallwood (Total Praise, Hold on-don't et go!!, and I'll trust You), John P. Kee, James "JAY" Moss, Pastor Shirley Caesar, Dottie Peoples, BAM Crawford, Mississippi Mass Choir, Fred Hammond (NO Weapon!!, ORDERED) and Donald Lawrence The Finale Act II (SPEAK OVER YOURSELF!!)
Lastly, the very vessel that doeth my heart proud, is Prophetess Juanita Bynum. I ask each of you to keep her lifted, that God will allow her to continue His work, in her hour of tradegy!!.. | | Books The Spirit-Filled Life bible, New King James Version; presented as a gift from my best friend, Jonathan David Wagner, May 10, 1997. I am a reader of self-help, spiritual enrichment, and the rewards of christian devotion. Any suggestions of a good read will be accepted. | | Television When I am able to, I am a viewer of the following programs; Tyler Perry's House of Payne, House, CSI Miami, the First 48, Law and Order, and I follow the news, and weather for the area. |
