Thanks for joining. You are right - we are all a member of the body of Christ. I understand the transition your church is in. The one I grew up in is going through some similar changes because the pastor there is has overseen quite few churches for awhile and he's tired. He is taking time off next month to see what God says is the next move for him.
I love the scriptures you quote on your email. I also have reminded some of thepeople I have talked to lately about our obligation not to make the job of the men and women of God hard for them, because , "it would not be profitable to us." Sometimes we forget they are giving us so much, and also need time and consideration for themselves and their family. It can get overwhelming at times.
