I'm married, have 3 kids. We love camping, traveling, water skiing, snow skiing, snorkling. We are all involved in the Church Youth Group. We enjoy going to movies, having tons of teenagers in our house, playing pool. It is all good! I grew up in a Christian home and was saved as a 7 year old in Vacation Bible School. If you ever have the chance to teach a VBS or something with young children, I encourage you to ask use every opportunity to share Jesus. Im' married to my best friend. She grew up in a different home environment and was invited to church during Junior High. At college she had a chance to be discipled with Campus Crusade for Christ which was wonderful for her. I am a Systems Engineer working on Network Architecture. I love my job. It is a joy to work when the job fits so well. Don't get me wrong, they call it work for a reason, so I am so thankful I am blessed to do what I enjoy. My wife is a gifted teacher (I might be biased) in a public elementary school. We have started our college career with our daughter going to college this fall. We still have 2 boys at home, one in athletics and one in band. We get to go to a lot of games. We enjoy having teenagers around the house (our kids and their friends). We learned over the past 20 years as youth leaders that the families that have a relationship with their children before teen years could maintain those relationships during the teen years as the child seeks to become more independent. Thanks for visiting my profile. I pray that you are blessed like I am with MyChurch. Brent
Pressing on Toward
the Goal Philippians 3:12-14 (New International Version)
12Not that I have already obtained all
this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that
for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. 13Brothers, I do not consider myself
yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and
straining toward what is ahead, 14I press on toward the goal to win the
prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus
