About Me

I am a pastor from Ghana.I live with my six year old daughter,Emerald I love Christ and I live for him.I like being my self and follow the knowledge of Christ.I am also a volunteer and youth jail chaplain and counseller .I love my life as a christian and I believe nothing can seperate me from the love of Christ

8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? [shall] tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 8:36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 8:38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 8:39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness. If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light. Luke 11:35, 36.

The moment the eye is turned from Jesus, darkness is seen, darkness is felt, for Jesus only is light and life and peace and assurance forever. "If therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light" (Matt. 6:22). . . . What is it to have a single eye? It is to have a disposition to look upon Christ, for by beholding we become changed from glory to glory, from character to character.

As we keep Christ in view, the bright rays of the Sun of Righteousness shine upon us and flood the chambers of the mind and heart and fill the soul temple with light. As the Light of the world shines upon us, we diffuse it to those around "as when the bright shining of a candle doth give . . . light." The soul that is stayed upon God commits to Christ all that perplexes, all that annoys, all that gives anxiety. The light of Christ shines in the soul in all goodness and peace, for in Him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. . . .

FRIDAYS MANNA

VERSE: Samuel 12:24 But be sure to fear the LORD and faithfully serve him. Think of all the wonderful things he has done for you.

THOUGHTS: Taking time for reflection allows us to focus our attention upon God's goodness and strengthens our faith. Sometimes we are so progress - and future - oriented that we fail to take time to recall all that God has already done. Remember what God has done for you so that you may move ahead with gratitude.

PRAYER: Lord God, You have done so much for each of us. You have removed us from the depths of hell and brought us into Your Glorious Presence. Lord, You are Magnificent! Father, today, and each day, may we praise You for all You have already done for us! That which is far more than we could ever, ever, do for ourselves. In Jesus' Precious and Holy Name, Amen

VERSE: Psalm 132:17-18
Here I will increase the power of David;
My anointed one will be a light for my people.
I will clothe his enemies with shame,
But he will be a glorious king.”

THOUGHTS: The "increase" of David's power refers to one of his mighty Descendants. David's son Solomon was indeed a glorious king……The Lord was pleased that Solomon had asked for wisdom. So God replied, “Because you have asked for wisdom in governing my people with justice and have not asked for a long life or wealth or the death of your enemies— I will give you what you asked for! I will give you a wise and understanding heart such as no one else has had or ever will have! And I will also give you what you did not ask for—riches and fame! No other king in the entire world will be compared to you for the rest of your life! And if you follow me and obey my decrees and my commands as your father, David, did, I will give you a long life.” ) ; but these verses look ahead even further to another Descendant of David, Jesus the Messiah ( Matthew 1:17 All those listed above include fourteen generations from Abraham to David, fourteen from David to the Babylonian exile, and fourteen from the Babylonian exile to the Messiah. ) The power, might, and glory of the Messiah will last forever !!!

PRAYER: Lord, we thank You again for Jesus Christ. Thank You for our Glorious King and Savior. Father, we ask today that You write on our hearts Your Word this coming new year. Guide us, Dear Lord, to walk the path that You have chosen for us. Help us to understand the gift of Your Holy Word in our own lives and to help those around us understand and come to know the Awesome Life changing power that is found only in Jesus Christ. In Your Name we pray, Amen

Have a wonderful week my friends. I sure am grateful for each one of you.

VERSE:
Jeremiah 1:6-8 "O Sovereign LORD," I said, "I can't speak for you! I'm too young!" "Don't say that," the LORD replied, "for you must go wherever I send you and say whatever I tell you. And don't be afraid of the people, for I will be with you and take care of you. I, the LORD, have spoken!"

THOUGHTS: Often people struggle with new challenges because they lack self-confidence, feeling that they have inadequate ability, training, talent, or experience. Jeremiah thought he was "too young" and inexperienced to be God's prophet to the nations. But God promised to be with him. We should not allow feelings of inadequacy to keep us from obeying God. He will always be with us. If God gives you a job to do, He will provide all you need to do it !

PRAYER: Lord God, we know that You love us. You tell us in Your Living Word, that You will never leave us, nor forsake us. Father, when we are called upon to step out for You, Lord give us a double dose of the Holy Spirit ! And the confidence and trust we need in You to get the job done. Lord, You equip us ! You supply all our needs ! You and You alone. And we praise You and give You thanks. In Jesus' Name we pray, Amen..

VERSE: “Guard and keep [with the greatest care] the precious and excellently adapted [Truth]…”

THOUGHTS: The Truth of God’s Word is a precious treasure entrusted to us. It empowers us to overcome every obstacle. It’s important to keep this Truth in your heart and establish it in your life. How do you establish the Word in your life? When you make a habit of praying and reading God’s Word it becomes more and more alive to you. When you choose to obey it, you are guarding and keeping the Truth. For example, the Bible says that love covers an offense. When you choose to walk in love even when someone has offended you, you are guarding the Truth. When you choose God’s way, instead of the world’s way, you are guarding the truth. Society has so many different ideas of what is right and acceptable. We have to always choose God’s way. And when you choose God’s way, you get God’s results! God’s results include a blessed and happy life. Start today by asking the Lord to show you His Truth by the power of His Spirit. As you keep the precious Truth of God’s Word, you will be empowered to live the life of victory the Lord has in store for you!

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Truth which sets me free. I invite you to search my heart and mind today and lead me in Your ways. I bless You today. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

VERSE: “So whoever cleanses himself [from what is ignoble and unclean, who separates himself…be a vessel set apart and useful for honorable and noble purposes…” (II Timothy 2:21).

THOUGHTS: Are there people or activities in your life that you know you need to separate yourself from? The Bible says that bad company will corrupt good morals. God wants you to constantly be growing and rising higher in life. That’s why this verse encourages us to separate ourselves from corrupting influences. And those influences are more than just the people in your everyday life. The influences are anything that influence your thinking. Be careful about what you are allowing into your mind. Be careful about what you read and what you watch. Don’t give your attention to things that are going to drag you down. Choose to separate yourself today. Remember. God wants you to live an abundant life. He wants you be separate so that He can work through you and fulfill his purposes in you life. As you cleanse yourself God will work in and through you so that you can live as an over comer the way God intends!

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, thank you for your Word which is the Truth that sets me free. Give me strength to separate myself from anything that does not honor You. In Jesus Name. Amen.

VERSE: “Strive to live in peace with everybody and pursue that consecration and holiness without which no one will [ever] see the Lord” (Hebrews 12:14).

THOUGHTS: Holiness is so important to God. The Bible says that holiness is the key to seeing the Lord. When you obey the Word of God and allow Him to work in your life, you are pursuing holiness. You will see the Lord working in your life. Notice this verse starts by saying that we should live at peace with the people around us. When we have peace in our lives, in our homes, and in our relationships, it opens the door for God to work. But when we have strife, bitterness, anger or resentment in our relationships, it blocks God’s blessing. Remember, when it comes to disagreements in relationships, it doesn’t always matter who is right, it matters what is right. And choosing peace is right. Is there someone in your life today that you need to restore peace with? A simple act of kindness, a note or small gift, can open the door for restoration in your relationships. Step out today and let the peace create a foundation for the blessing God has in store for you!

PRAYER: Father in Heaven, today I open my heart to You. I choose Your way of peace. Show me how to live at peace with the people in my life so that I can honor You in everything I do. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
