I am a sinner, and for that reason I need a Saviour. I need forgiveness and pardon, and Christ says that if I come to Him I shall not perish. In His words for me I read, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"
I am not merely a thing that God loves, made to be left the sport of Satan's temptations; I am a child of God, begotten unto a lively hope, big with immortality and full of glory. I look at my life as a daughter of God, as laborer with Jesus Christ, living for a noble purpose being a representative of Jesus Christ in character to serve Him with my undivided affections.
The life I now live is by faith in Jesus Christ. When exposed to varied scenes in life, and words are spoken that are calculated to cut and bruise the soul, I speak to myself: " I am a child of God, an heir with Jesus Christ, a colaborer with God. I must not therefore have a cheap mind, easily to take offense; always thinking of myself, for this will naturally produce an inharmonious character. It is unworthy of my noble calling. The heavenly Father has given me my work to do; let me be worthy of that trust.
When the enemy comes in like a flood, and seeks to overwhelm me with the thought of my sins, I tell him: "I know I am a sinner. If I were not, I could not go to the Saviour; for He says, 'I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.' And because I am a sinner I am entitled to come to Christ. I am sinful and polluted, but He suffered humiliation and death, and exhausted the curse that belongs to me. I come. I believe. I claim His sure promise, 'Whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.'"
I serve God, I have a Saviour who will be to me a very present help in time of trouble. I am a Christian. I know in whom I have believed. |

The Great Physician assures you that your life couldn’t be in better hands!

Hello & Good Morning!
Here in Topeka, we have 7 Inches of this white stuff they call snow. We have 2 more Inches coming today & maybe more tonight!
