My passion is dogs. I work with Great Dane rescue and currently am the proud mama of a 9yr old weimaraner and a 1 year old rescued harliquin Great Dane. God has blessed me with so much, and I empathize with the abandoned and neglected and/or abused dogs who are just looking for someone to give them a steady meal and a warm place to sleep at night. I have found that the rescued dogs are sooo greatful for a second chance at life, that they have the sweetest, and kindest souls. I truely believe they are angels sent to us waiting to fill our lives with hope, joy and happiness. They come to teach us life lessons and compasion. And the Great Danes are sooo big, that not too many people can or will bring them into their homes. I love these Gentle Giants and wish I had room for all of them. But I don't, so I do what I can, 1 or 2 or 3 dogs at a time.
