![]() I'm originally from Albany, GA but I've been in Baltimore now for 23 years. I've been a member of New Psalmist for 22 years. I am a member of the Music (Chancel Choir), Fine Arts (theatrical consultant), and Magazine Ministries.
I currently work as an outreach coordinator for the Maryland Port Administration, where I've been employed for 23 years. I am also a certified massage therapist and sublet space at the Catonsville Wellness Center, 2 E. Rolling Crossroad, Suite 157. I am very blessed to have two occupations I love.
Hobbies: Reading and listening to music (jazz, country, gospel), watching classic movies.
I moved to Baltimore at the insistance of my cousin to look for work and landed my first temporary assignment at Coppin State University. Min. Shirley Womack, who was acting comptroller at the time, introduced me to New Psalmist. We were working on the year-end closing one Saturday and she played a cassette from one of the services. It was awesome! I think I was more impressed that the church produced the cassette and that it wasn't a recording from someone who was sitting in church with a tape recorder. My second temporary assignment led me to the Maryland Port as a typist clerk and I've moved up from there.
