My name is Mattie Stewart, I am a proud wife of James H. Stewart for about 4.5 years, my high school sweethart. We have a daughter who is almost 4 and her name is Paige Adora Stewart and am currently almost 9months pregnant with another blessing. We live in a humble abode in Meridian, Idaho. The Lord is the forfront of our home and we strive to serve Him in all we do. He has brought me through an extremely devasting disease, one in which I struggled for about 15 years. Paige loves the Lord with all of her heart already and it is so precious. As of now, my husband is a full time student and works part time at Barnes and Noble. He will be graduating shortly and we are so proud of him. I have worked at St. Lukes hospital in Labor and delivery for about 3yrs and the ER for 9months. I love my job, and I am tapping away at finishing my degree as well. The Lord however has really set my priorities straight with this pregnancy. I think he laughs at my plans. Him and I have had that conversation many atimes. However He has revealed to me and changed my heart recently. My place is in the home, tending to my daughter, soon to be baby, home and of course my phenominal husband. Those are my priorities. I continue to work and go to school because I have those apirations and passions. But home is where I want to be, and need to be primarily. And I, for the first time feel that in my heart of hearts. That is the Lord. I love to paint, excersise, scrapbook, take photos, read, play games, take baths and organize anything. Life is good.
| | Movies We love to watch movies. I love romantic comedies like The wedding Planner, failure to launch, and Just married. I also, thanks to my husband love Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter and the Narnia serious. Everafter is one of my favorites as well.
WE just recently watched We are Marshall and Namesake which we both thoroughly enjoyed. The Gospel of John and The Story of Jesus are beautiful. | | Music All I listen to is Christian music for the most part. I will throw in some Enya, Jim Brickman, and Dido everyonce in a while. I love my women of faith cds and love Natalie Nordaman. | | Books I read my bible daily as well as my devotional by Joyce Meyer "Starting you day out right". I also am in the midst of reading the 3rd Harry Potter novel. My favorite right now...."your pregnancy week by week" Go figure. I have baby on the brain. | | Television We actually don't watch much television. Our daughter occasionally watches PBS. When I can, I like to watch ER, Law and Order, Opera,and Top Model. We don't have cable but when we go to my dad's we love to watch the Food Network and HGTV. We love Greys Anatomy and Lost, but rent them a season at a time, a year behind. |
