My name is Jasmine Monet and I am a senior at Lee County High. I work at Goody's Family Clothing Store and Lee County Primary School as a secretary. I participate in F.B.L.A; Skills USA; and F.E.A. Those are all clubs at school dealing with being business leaders and future teachers of America. My parents are Pastor and Prophet Odom...I'm a "P.K"... enough said...Yea I'm a brat sometimes...But I'm don't fall into the "P.K" stats. I love shoes, clothes, fashion, my family, God, and BETTY BOOP! I enjoy dancing. I am the dance ministry head at church and also the childrens church ministry assistant head. I enjoy participating in my church because I have alot of experince and opportunity that some adults and other teens have never had. I have seen all kinds of things happen in the church from deliverances to.... well I will just leave it at that. In my free time, I like to sleep, read, dance, and TALK ON THE PHONE!!! I enjoy the church I go to because these people are family to me. I do have some unmentionable favorites, but thats another story. I am thankful for my life and what God is doing with me and for me. Many people may not see it because I am young, but everybody develops and matures at God's pace not man's. I am so proud of myself to have beat the statistics. I am a Christian, black, single, educated, young woman without kids that God has kept and blessed. I may be young, but I know my "testimony" (as yall older folks say) will help bring someone closer to Christ. We all may not do what God wants us to do sometimes, but when we do, it is such a blessing.
