Philemon 6 I pray that you may be active in sharing your faith, so that you will have a full understanding of every good thing we have in Christ. That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus. and I pray that the fellowship of your faith may become effective through the knowledge of every good thing which is in you for Christ's sake. Philemon 6

VERSE: “And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body…he did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform…” (Romans 4:19-21 NKJV). THOUGHTS: Abraham, who is known as our father in the faith, had many obstacles coming against the promise of God in his life. God told him that he would be “the father of many nations.” Abraham was over 90 years old before he ever saw that promise begin to come to pass. This scripture tells us that He didn’t consider his body. He didn’t think and meditate on all the reasons he couldn’t be the father of many nations. No, he considered and thought about the strength and ability of God! He thought about God’s faithfulness and gave praise and glory to Him! That faith that Abraham exercised enabled God to move on His behalf and fulfill the promise in His life. What are you believing God for? Does it seem impossible? Has it taken a long time? Consider your God. Consider His Word. Consider His faithfulness. Just like Abraham, you’ll grow strong in faith as you give glory to God. Your faith will open the door for God to move in your life, and you will experience the victory He has in store for you!
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, thank You for Your faithfulness and strength at work in my life today. I choose to consider Your ability over my circumstance. I choose to trust You. I give You praise, honor and glory, now and always. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree! Thy leaves are so unchanging; O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree! Thy leaves are so unchanging; Not only green when summer's here, But also when 'tis cold and drear. O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree! Thy leaves are so unchanging!

VERSE: Revelation 5: 5-6But one of the twenty-four elders said to me, “Stop weeping! Look, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the heir to David’s throne, has won the victory. He is worthy to open the scroll and its seven seals.” Then I saw a Lamb that looked as if it had been slaughtered, but it was now standing between the throne and the four living beings and among the twenty-four elders. He had seven horns and seven eyes, which represent the sevenfold Spirit of God that is sent out into every part of the earth.
THOUGTHS: Jesus Christ is pictured as both a Lion (symbolizing His authority and power) and a Lamb ( symbolizing His submission to God's Will). One of the elders calls John to look at the Lion, but when John looks he see's a Lamb. Christ the Lamb was the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all. He defeated all the forces of evil by dying on the cross. The role of Christ the Lion will be to lead the battle when Satan is finally defeated (Revelation 19:19-21). Christ the Lion is victorious because of what Christ the Lamb has already done. We will participate in His victory, not because of our own effort or goodness, but because He has promised eternal life to all who believe in Him. PRAYER: O Father, we love You and we thank You for sending us the Lion of Judah! We trust in Jesus Christ, and we are so in awe of Your Awesome power. Thank You for the precious Lamb of God who died on the cross to save us all. May we tell others of Christ's saving grace! And may we live victorious because of what Christ has already accomplished on the cross for us. In Jesus' Name, Amen..

VERSE: 1 John 5: 3-4Loving God means keeping his commandments, and his commandments are not burdensome. For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith.
THOUGTHS: Jesus never promised that obeying Him would be easy. But the hard work and self-discipline of serving Christ is no burden to those who love Him. And if our load starts to feel heavy, we can always trust Christ to help us bear it.Matthew 11: 28-30 Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”
PRAYER: Father, Thank You for the privilege and honor of being called Your children. Thank You for allowing us to come into Your Presence and serve You with our lives. May everything that we say and do be pleasing to You, Dear Lord. We long to follow You and You alone. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
