Dawn & I are very excited to announce that we are being installed as the Senior Pastors of our church, Destiny Community Church, in Lexington, Kentucky on January 6, 2008. Apostle Jim & Jeannie Davis are moving into an apostolic role and will continue to be part of the church.
God has been speaking to us about doors of opportunity that He is bringing our way during this 3 month Kingodm Kairos window (mid November to mid February). For us, this is a tremendous door of destiny and we look forward to pursuing God's kingdom with a committed community of believers as we begin our new role at Destiny Community Church.

Blueprint for writing out your declarations for Replevin in 2007. First, the preliminary steps to give our delcarations foundation and therefore power in the spirit: - Identify areas of your life that you FEEL you've been robbed or stolen from, areas that haven't produced the promised return on our investments, and areas that you haven't reached ongoing goals that you've set along the way on your journey to destiny.
- Trace those FEELINGS of loss back to the proof of your legal right (either natural or spiritual). This can be from a wide variety of sources: Bible, prophetic word, personal conviction, physical deed or title, legal agreements, etc.
FEELINGS are important here. They can help you identify where you've been robbed from, especially in non-tangible ways.
Now to writing the actual declarations: - With this legal map in hand, start with the answer to #2 above and anchor your declarations on the legal rights given to you by God. Ultimately, THE authority must come from God and His authority is indisputable. With your anchor in place, re-assert your claim of ownership to #1 above in clear, specific language that cannot be misunderstood. But, don't stop there!
- The last phase, and perhaps the most exciting, is to tack on the penalty to your enemy (spiritual not natural) and decree not only the return of the principle, but also the interest allowed by God - 600%. This means that you are entitled to (own legal rights and have the TITLE DEED to) a 700% or 7 fold repayment of anything that has been stolen from you.
Now that's a declaration with teeth!
