Red Clover South Wellness Refuge
a non-profit incorporation in the State of Minnesota, Established in 2003 and currently operates
It’s “Beta” programs in Missouri, in the area of some of the largest employers of multi-culture work forces:

Washington University Teaching Hospital – Barnes Jewish Christian

Red Clover South Wellness Refuge
To communicate to Societies for them to
realizes that people suffering in anguish of chronic pain are productive employees,
The employer needs to be aware and educated in Human Factors.
Implementation of “Human Factor Training” will increases the productivity of the people suffering in Chronic Pain.
But the reward do not stop, living to
Human factors principles, will improve all employee’s productivity.
The companies must implement their new found knowledge
with love and willingness, for a management team to grow in wisdom and be effective.
Train4HumanFactors understands:
 Chronic pain
                   (physical, emotional, and or spiritual) has no boundaries.
       This affliction touches the lives of anyone of any eye color,
culture, and geographical location.
Comfort and hope to those in  need should not be controlled
for the profit of an exclusive faction, 
but available  to all humankind.
It is Red Clover South Wellness Refuge’s intention
 to provide appropriate training for corporations and institutions
that will  positively effect their bottom line.
This will provide funding to RCSWR to service those in need 
that may not be able to afford treatment for their chronic pain.
I, being the Manager of Personnel, seek to recruit you:
