My Passions: My faith, healthy happy kids, my big fat extended family, loyal friends, CASA, and maybe a few more.
My Hobbies: Cooking (though I'm only good with a few dishes), going to the gym, spending the day at the beach, hiking in the mountains, watching movies at home, enjoying live music, reading at Starbucks or Borders, and almost anything with my kids.
My Kids: I have a son 14 and a daughter 12. They are normal, great kids; good grades, active, good friends, funny. They spend half their time with me, and half with their mom.
I'm a normal, good guy. I like going out, and I enjoy staying in. I do my best every day to center my actions and decisions around my faith. Some days I do better than others, but the effort is always there. If I'm in a serious relationship, I enjoy a lot of romance and affection. I like to entertain once in awhile, but in a down-to-earth style. I love a big variety of music: jazz, r&b, classic rock, Christian rock, gospel, some country, and more. I can have a great time at a quiet restaurant or out bowling.
I'm interested in meeting a like-minded, Christian woman in the Bakersfield area. If she's a VBF member, that would be great. I believe a couple must worship together to have the best possible partnership.
