hello

Through the healing life of God within, I am whole in spirit, mind,
and body.

A person who is knitting or crocheting patiently, calmly
picks up a dropped stitch. A person in unfamiliar surroundings who is
confused
about which route or street to take seeks reliable direction.

On my path of ongoing health and wholeness, I may encounter
difficulty, yet I do not give up. Instead, I nurture a healthy
attitude. I
patiently eliminate any negativity and pick up the healthy thoughts
and
practices that cooperate with life and renewal.

As I take time to commune with God each day, I envision
myself healthy and whole in every way. I trust God for strength,
vitality, and
renewal.

I am whole in spirit, mind, and body.

"Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and
health to the body."--Proverbs 16:24

GLORIOUS BIRTHDAY TO YOU!, Not only did you out swim your rivals for what must have been leagues compaired to you, you endured 9 months of transformation, on top of that you've seen many years of a ever changing world, and unlike many realized you've been snatched from the hands of the enemy and death. I know many you'll see and many more after that. All BLESSING TO MY FATHER GoD that he may drip down the blessings from his throne to you. I love you!

In Touch

Through the Christ Spirit within, I make a heart-and-soul connection
with others.

In touch with the Christ Spirit within, I naturally want to
connect with people in loving ways. So I express love and
appreciation of
family, friends, and acquaintances during our times together and also
in the
cards and e-mails I send to them. I stay in touch with the special
people in my
life.

Perhaps there are several people or one person I have been
out of touch with for a while. I may be feeling a strong urge to
reconnect with
them. As I let the Christ of my being express caring through me, I
know what to
say in order to make a heart-and-soul connection with them.

How good it is to be in touch with the Christ, for then I am
aware of the sacred love that is within all and is to be shared by
all.

"Those who love a pure heart and are gracious in speech will
have the king as a friend."--Proverbs 22:11

Faith

In faith, I cooperate with the unfoldment of my good.

I strengthen my faith with prayer. When I pray, I am in
conscious connection with God. Inwardly calm, I trust God for the
right and
perfect answer in every circumstance. With faith in the goodness of
God, I know
that all I need has already been provided for me. The voice of Spirit
within is
my guide in finding and claiming what is already mine, and I claim it
with
gratitude.

The hope stirring within my heart is confirmation that my
faith is grounded in the understanding that God is absolute good. I
feel the
assurance of answered prayer and the blessings that are in store for
me. I
cooperate with the unfoldment of my good, which comes about freely
and
completely.

"My people will abide in a peaceful habitation, in secure
dwellings, and in quiet resting places."--Isaiah 32:18
