| I am a Mom of three, Wife of one terrifec husband and follower of Jesus Christ. My walk may not be perfect....in fact, there are many zig-zags along the way, but Heaven is my ultimate home, and I'll get there even if I take the wrong road sometimes. My God is an awesome God, a God of second, third, ninth, fourteenth chances! He never turns away those who seek Him, He is always there. If I can't see Him, it'd because I'm looking in the wrong places. That happens way more than it should, not that I have issues or anything like that ; ) | | Interests Lately, my health has occupied all my time and energy...but generally I love to laugh and have always had a goal of making someone laugh everyday. I've recently become very interested in refinishing furniture. I can't wait to hit some yard sales and thrift stores and try my hand at it. I belong to a couple of message boards on the computer, and spend a lot of time singing my prayers to God. As I get older, the urge to serve becomes more urgent in my soul. | | Movies My fave movies are some chick flicks (nothing tops Steel Magnolia's) but I also like action adventure. Anything with Denzel, Mel or Georgie boy is usually good with me! | | Music Music has always been my passion. I've been singing in church since I was three. I like most types of musical styles,especially music from my generation. I think it's hysterical that my kids are now playing the same songs I rocked out to as a teenager. I love to sing praise songs. I lean towards gospel (kirk Franklin, Isaiah and New Breed, Hillsongs, etc), but love most any praise music. When I sing, in my heart, I'm praying those words to God.
The highlight was singing today with my daughter. | | Books I love to read, although I can't do as much as I used to due to Migraines. I read everything. My favorite things to read are Christian fiction, as long as it's not historical romance (can't stand those), books set in Ireland or other countryies are way awesome because I get to learn about places I will probably never get to see (although I am determined to Ireland someday).I have some books that are favorites that I've read over and over again. If I get bored enough I'll even read the directions. | | Television I don't watch TOO much TV. I am a Survivor addict...I also watcch way too much HGTV ahd Style network. Anything to do with home improvment or DIY projects (by the way, hubby hates these shows). I recently took a broken table, fixed and refinished it in black laquer. It turned out great.

Great profile, you do have a way with words. I just loved it the day you stood and spoke to us at church a while back. The way you speak is very entertaining. But then I'm sure you have already been told this.
You and Kerri were great Sunday! I got a chance to tell Kerri, but not you. Thanks for singing one of my favorite songs. As a mother myself, I can only imagine how Mary must have felt knowing the fate of her SON. Even if she knew, I can't imagine anyone knowing how brutal the end would be for Jesus. Anyway, thanks to you and Kerri, I hope to hear you again soon.
