| I've served as a pastor for 13 years. Several of those years have been spent as an intentional interim.
17 years ago my wife and I co-founded Under His Wing Ministries, Inc. a ministry to support burned out pastors and missionaries. In order to get the message out that pastors indeed have problems, 15 years ago my wife and I co-founded Clergy Appreciation Day. We have served pastors and churches with help for their ministries for over 17 years and have helped or impacted over 5,000 pastors and churches.
Over the years we became more convinced of the need to address the root of leadership troubles, the church. We began in 1996 to develop messages and resources for churches to begin to change for elitist social clubs to missionaries in their communities.
It's my deepest desire to be part of movement that helps the church become the kingdom builder it needs to be. I love to speak, teach and train on the future church and missional ministry........My wife and I live in Central Pa with our 2 great kids. We are thankful that we have been in ministry for over 16 years.
