God spoke to me through this lines...I hope you can find this as powerful as I did
Are you compartmentalizing your work and your ministry? I've heard many Christians say they can't wait to sell their business to finally go into ministry-not recognizing the ministry and influence they already have. Integrity involves being whole or complete, not compartmentalized. Our entire life, especially the work God designed us for, is valuable for God's purposes. Exodus 31:1-3 says, "Then the Lord said to Moses, 'See, I have chosen Bezalel, and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with skill, ability, and knowledge in all kinds of crafts.'" God finds great value in your work! He has blessed you with the skills, abilities, and knowledge to excel. Excellent work, done within His will, glorifies Him because He made you. Perhaps you are struggling with your purpose in life, or you're torn between business and ministry. Remember, you are ministering to others if your talent is being done to God's glory.
Whether you're sweeping floors or running a small business, do what God wired you to do. Let the beauty of your work shine.

There is always a reason to rejoice, sometimes we feel sad, depressed or "gloomy", but I really believe we need to recognize and remember all we have received from God.
Sometime we pray over and over about something that we expect too much. Recently I was praying constantly for my desire to have another child; then I start thinking in all those things I ALREDY GOT IT! ..I’m complete in Jesus! Those simple thoughts turned off the vacuum I had inside… I DO NOT NEED ANYTHING ELSE!
I fixed my heart and I said “Nothing that I expect can surpasses the thanksgiving for what I already got”
Living in grieve is an option! We have more things that any other generation and we still saying “I will be happy when….” If we set our happiness in the things to come…you’re never going to be happy, there is always something to expect. But our lives will be easier if we can realize and be thankful for what we already received!
Remember where we came from…Romans 7:14 says: "For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin"
We were sold under slavery!
For this reason the law could not produce life for us. It is because the law is spiritual, but we are carnal. The law is perfect, but we aren't.
If we could have lived up to every detail of the law, then we could have obtained salvation through it. But all have sinned and come short of God's perfect standard (Rom. 3:23). All except for one, and that is Jesus.
The wonderful thing is... the law did provide life for one man, the man Christ Jesus, because He was the only man who was ever perfect. Jesus was without any sin whatsoever and therefore He deserved eternal life as a payment, not a gift.
Those who put their faith in Jesus as their Savior, benefit from His keeping of the law (Rom. 8:4). We are no longer slave of sin, or prisoner of the Law, but free indeed by the grace of God!
This is enough reason to rejoice the rest of our lives!!

¿Cuándo usted es un mal líder?...Cuando su vida de oración es enclenque y su visión es nefasta.
El liderazgo para mi es un tema interesante pues a pesar que muchos creen que se refiere a un “título”, el verdadero liderazgo es una actitud. Muchos tenemos en nuestros hombros la responsabilidad de liderar a otros, como padres, ministros o jefes de departamento
Pero el decadente ejercicio de la autoridad, por parte de jefes y líderes cristianos, ha hecho más confuso determinar qué es un líder y cuál es su verdadero lugar de influencia. Como madre siempre pido a Dios lecciones de liderazgo para con mi hija y un día Dios me dijo: “Un líder debe usar su autoridad para edificar y no para destruir”.
Todos tenemos un nivel de autoridad en el círculo social en el que nos desenvolvemos y sería muy interesante que usted se pregunte ¿Ha cuantos ha edificado con su autoridad o a cuantos a destruido?
Como líderes, cuando estamos apegados a Dios y a Su dirección, vemos el reflejo de nuestra intimidad con Dios en nuestra gerencia. Por lo tanto, muchos de los desordenes y mal funcionamiento que tenemos en nuestros hogares, ministerios y oficinas, se debe a nuestra enclenque vida de oración.
¡Deje de culpar a sus hijos, voluntarios de ministerio o empleados y evalúese como jefe, ministro o padre! Yo no creo que exista un grupo de empleados, de voluntarios en la iglesia o de hijos, más difíciles, rebeldes, desagradecidos y necios que los israelitas y sin embargo podemos ver lecciones maravillosas por parte de Moisés y como Dios se movió con poder a través del liderazgo de Moisés.
El grupo de voluntarios o empleados con el que usted cuente en este momento no impide que usted llegue a la tierra prometida, pero su propia desobediencia y actitud sí.
Es fácil como líderes culpar a otros por la ineficiencia de nuestra gerencia, es fácil culpar al grupo de empleados por que la oficina no produce, o a sus voluntarios por que su ministerio no crece… ¡No, el problema aquí es usted! Este fin de semana estuve en un tiempo de búsqueda y oración y mientras leía el libro de Éxodos encontré algo maravilloso en el capítulo 11:1-7 “Toda la congregación de los hijos de Israel partió del desierto de Sin por sus jornadas, conforme al mandamiento de Jehová, y acamparon en Refidim; y no había agua para que el pueblo bebiese. Y altercó el pueblo con Moisés, y dijeron: Danos agua para que bebamos. Y Moisés les dijo: ¿Por qué altercáis conmigo? ¿Por qué tentáis a Jehová? Así que el pueblo tuvo allí sed, y murmuró contra Moisés, y dijo: ¿Por qué nos hiciste subir de Egipto para matarnos de sed a nosotros, a nuestros hijos y a nuestros ganados? Entonces clamó Moisés a Jehová, diciendo: ¿Qué haré con este pueblo? De aquí a un poco me apedrearán. Y Jehová dijo a Moisés: Pasa delante del pueblo, y toma contigo de los ancianos de Israel; y toma también en tu mano tu vara con que golpeaste el río, y ve. He aquí que yo estaré delante de ti allí sobre la peña en Horeb; y golpearás la peña, y saldrán de ella aguas, y beberá el pueblo. Y Moisés lo hizo así en presencia de los ancianos de Israel. Y llamó el nombre de aquel lugar Masah y Meriba, por la rencilla de los hijos de Israel, y porque tentaron a Jehová, diciendo: ¿Está, pues, Jehová entre nosotros, o no?” Tres lecciones que obtuve1. “Conforme al Mandamiento de Jehová…”…Necesitas una visión de parte de Dios Como resultado de la vida de oración de Moisés era fácil para él tener una visión, saber a dónde se dirigía. Moisés no se detuvo en ese lugar por una idea obstinada de su parte, él estaba siendo guiado por Dios. Moisés no dudaba de donde él se encontraba, ni se unió a la queja del pueblo ante la escasez de agua, pues él perfectamente sabia que la guía de Dios los condujo a ese lugar.Le pregunto, ¿tiene usted esa certeza?, sabe hacia donde conduce a su gente, ¿tiene una visión?2. “Moisés clamó a Jehová”… La Posición de un líder es de rodillas
El pueblo de Israel acusa fuertemente a Moisés de haberles llevado a un lugar donde no había agua, el altercado era tan grande que Moisés creía que iba a ser apedreado (v-4). Moisés, el líder, se volvió a Dios en oración, mientras el pueblo, en lugar de seguir su ejemplo, se volvió en contra de su líder. Pero esta reacción de Moisés no fue in incidente aislado. La vida de este líder estuvo caracterizada por la oración (Éxodo 15:25, 32:30-32; Nm 11:2-11, 12:13, 14:13, 19). Moisés siempre se dirigía a Dios para buscar dirección a los problemas y soluciones a las crisis que se presentaban.
3. “Pasa adelante…Yo estaré delante”…La respuesta de Dios a un líder
Esta fue la respuesta de Dios para el clamor de Moisés; y con dicha instrucción el Señor consolidó tanto la posición de Moisés como líder así como la posición del Mismo Dios, presente para actuar. Dios respondió a la acusación del pueblo contra Moisés y al desafío subyacente contra Su misma presencia.
La razón número uno de ineficiencia en nuestro liderazgo es la falta de oración y por consecuencia de visión
Los principales líderes de la Biblia tienen características distintivas. Una de ellas, comunes a todos, es su vida de oración y la visión. Proverbios 29:18 dice: "Donde no hay visión, el pueblo perece". Entonces, es correcto concluir que donde hay visión el pueblo no perecerá, su oficina no perecerá, su negocio no perecerá y su familia no perecerá. Dios les bendiga

I’m so thankful with this new ministry at Victory World Church. I praise God for this opportunity to reach and preach the gospel to the Hispanic community in Gwinnett.
Every weekend we are so blessed with the powerful message of Pastors Dennis & Colleen Rouse. They are a great example, role model, wonderful testimonies and inspiration to me.
Many people ask me why I love VWC and I always say: “They gave me answers” I’m not longer searching and I feel so committed in prayer and service with my church and Pastors. They preach “The True” no matter what it takes. They preach the gospel to set people free, without compromising their speeches. I love to be part of a church that preaches with boldness!!!
What I like the most is to be part of a church that impacts the world. Victory is a thriving multicultural congregation committed to cultural reconciliation, building families, transforming community, and impacting the world.

Have you felt as a hypocrite when you have to do something that you don't want to or feel like doing it? I did feel like it...many times!!! And recently I spoke with some friends that do not “feel” like praying or they do not “feel” like doing something; and because of that they believe that if you do not “want or feel” you are acting in hypocrisy toward God or others.
It is true that God demands that our motive and reason for doing things be right, but this does not mean that we always want to, or delight in, doing something. To do what God wants you to do, or to do unto others what you would want them to do unto you, is not hypocrisy (Mt. 7:12)- even if you don't feel like doing it. It is hypocrisy only when your motive for doing it is wrong and you're not genuinely seeking the welfare and benefit of others. Remember, Jesus didn't feel like going to the cross, but He went anyway to seek the welfare and benefit of the world.
Agape love is described as the, "love (that) can be known only from the actions it prompts." This is not the love of complacency or affection, that is, it was not drawn out by any excellency in its objects (Rom. 5:8).
Christian love (agape), whether exercised toward the brethren, or toward others generally, is not an impulse from the feelings. It does not always run with the natural inclinations. It (Agape) seeks the welfare of all (Rom. 15:2) and works no ill to any (Rom. 13:8-10). "(Agape) seeks opportunity to do good to all men. . ." Let God's love flow through us today.
