Kansas City Joe says ...
The Faith of the Saints
We speak to God, without uttering a word.
Because the cries of the saints, are always heard.
We must lay our troubles at the feet of the Lord.
Being not discouraged in the eyes of God.
For God knows our troubles and have heard our cries.
Therefore we must wait patiently on the Lord's reply.
A troubled heart, only hinders the spirit.
Clouding our judgment, so we are unable to hear it.
Cry once, then cry no more.
For the deliverance of the saints, is but at the door.
In the blink of an eye, we are caught up in the air.
The hope of the saints, is in praising and prayer.
So we endure long suffering with patients and meekness.
For the Lord is strong, in our time of weakness.
And though at times it seem we can't go on.
Our faith is that God, has not left us alone.
Leaning not to our own understanding.
A deceitful heart said we should do our own planning.
It must always be the spirit of God that is guiding us.
Because our faith isn't in self, but it is in Jesus.
