I am interested in writing software that will help people grow as followers of Jesus Christ.
I am interested in religion. I think many people, if they know a little about me, might say I am a religious person. I would probably allow that description, as it is commonly understood, although, if given the opportunity, I would enjoy refining the description of religious when applied to myself.
I've tried to analyze why I am interested in religion and I have only thought of one reason. My earliest memories include those frequent times when my mom and dad got together with my grandmother or with my dad's siblings and I would listen in on their often heated discussions of religion.

You sure have an interesting background! When it comes to "church" I like the old Volkswagen slogan when they first introduced the Beatle car back in the 50's..."Think small, but think it often."
I see a real interest in the house church movement and I think it can be one answer to the potential cultural captivity of medium and mega-churches, or the insulation of the small church "family chapel complex."
Let me shamelessly refer you to a new, under construction website I'm developing that seeks to integrate Biblical wisdom with Benedictine spirituality and the dynamics from the "12 Step" recovery movement...
