I am a retired public school teacher, studying at Life Christian University for the last 4 years. My heart is to minister to hurting women. In April of 2006, I took my first airplane flight to Seattle, Washington from North Carolina and began training to be a Certified Christian Life Coach for women. I was specifically trained to work with those who had been affected by sexual addiction but have found that having a personal Life Coach is beneficial in any area you are looking to see change. In much the same way a personal trainer helps a pro athlete maximize their performance, a life coach helps you get the most out of life.My many years of working as a professional in the field of education has equipped me to understand family dynamics, learning styles and the unique gifts and talents of individuals I work with in coaching.

I was trained to use God's word as the foundation for all of my coaching and have found that the Holy Spirit is faithful to lead and guide the conversations I have with my coaching clients. Knowing that God's Word has the power to heal is the foundation of my ministry. The transforming power of God's Word is the way to healing and wholeness in any area and it is my desire to help others find healing and restoration from betrayal, addictions, abusive relationships, anything that prevents their having the abundant life God promised us in His Word.
