About Me

I am a husband, dad, brother, son, pastor, friend. I love spending time at home with my family. We even go out once in a while. I like to read books for study and enjoyment. They help me to relax. I also like to fish and go geo-caching. My wife (Linda) and I are both involved with the theatre arts program at our public school. Its a lot of fun and we get to mingle with the kids on a social level. Some good opportunities to share Christ's love for them have presented themselves.

Interests
One of my favorite things to do is Geocaching (Treasure Hunting of sorts). It is a great family outdoors activity. It gets the kids away from the TV & video games for a while.
Movies
Hook, Narnia, Groundhog Day
Music
Newsboys, Paul Baloche, Rez Band, Audio A
Books
Bible, Biblical Eldership, Left Behind Series, Oliver North Series, Joel Rosenberg Series
Television
Favorite shows are the CSI shows.

MATHEW PHILIP
MATHEW PHILIP says ...
Hi my dear friend,

“Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God.

And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him” ( Col 3:12-17, NIV)

The LORD bless you, and keep you;The LORD make His face shine on you, and be gracious to you;The LORD lift up His countenance on you, and give you peace.”

With love
Your freund, Matts
