Montagne McDonald is the pastor and founder of Seed of Abraham, an non-denominational ministry. Pastor McDonald, a Nashville native, answered God's call to minister in August of 1996. He was licensed at Greater Faith Christian Center (formally House of Prayer) under the leadership of Pastor Geral Jones in Nashville, TN. Pastor McDonald later became an associate minister of Grace Interdenominational Church under the leadership of Pastor Timothy Leslie in Nashville, TN. He was ordained there in 1998. Pastor McDonald received the call to pastor in March of 1999. With much prayer, Pastor McDonald answered the call in March of 2001 but did not move out on the call until God gave him the release to begin his pastoral journey on April 22, 2001. Pastor McDonald also serves as a volunteer chaplain for the Metro Nashville Police Department. He is the husband of Connie E. McDonald and proud father of two sons; Deondre and William.
