I was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 1988, after suffering bouts of depression and several suicide attempts, I was invited to One Way Apostolic Church where I gave my life completely over to the Lord Jesus Christ. In 1995, I felt the Lord calling me to preach the gospel and as many people do, I ignored the call thinking that God would never use a person like me. A year later, God sent me to New Beginning Ministries International, where He used my pastor, Bishop J. Laverne Tyson and his wife Linda, to pull me out of a life of self destruction and into a life of freedom. From there, I went from ignoring the call to embracing it with much gratitude. I am a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel amd have been blessed of God with various gifts to help advance the kingdom. Along with pastoring, Destiny Christian Tabernacle with my husband, I have served in the capacity of: Director of the Women's Ministry, armourbearer, and instructor of dance ministry just to name a few.
I'm currently involed in outreach ministry by serving as a volunteer counselor for the Life Centers of Indianapolis. I love God with all my heart and desire to be used of Him to the very max.
