Perpetual Covenant Church (PC-Church) is a prophetic healing and deliverance ministry located in Schenectady, New York in the USA. We minister primarily to the broken and the battered as well as the abused, oppressed and afflicted. The concept for the church was developed through online services which were done live and online via the World Wide Web since 2005. Since 2006 the "physical" church began to materialize as we began to operate as a home fellowship with a strong emphasis on teaching & discipleship. PC-Church also stands for Personal Computer Church which is the basis for online ministry whose foundation was developed through online chat by way of the P.O.W.E.R. Online Network (http://www.power3x.org). The PC-church is not a replacement for active fellowship within a local body of believers but is an extension of the body of Christ that can be utilized to further spread the Gospel of Christ by way of the World Wide Web (WWW). Online ministry is a general term for many different facets of ministry that deliver the message of the Gospel electronically. The possibilities are as endless as the number of users throughout the world and may encompass a diversity of media never before seen in the world at any given time in its history. I'm Prophet and Pastor Jesus Ramos Jr. a.k.a Pastor Jay and I'm the internet Pastor! The online church is just as real as any other church and the power of God can be transmitted through a computer screen through words on a screen with as much power as it can be transmitted by hearing a voice on a radio station or television broadcast. I have news for the devil: The people of God have invaded your domain, and we've come to tear your kingdom down!
Perpetual Covenant can also be defined as the everlasting promise between God and all creation. The Word of God is a book filled with promises we can build our trust upon with every fiber of our being...
Numbers 23:19; God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
2 Corinthians 1:20; For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.
2 Peter 3:9; The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Numbers 6:23-27; Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them, The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them.
