What's wrong with this picture?  I'm going to make a list, feel free to contribute!

1) The ads often leave out the price.

2) The ads often leave out the location.

3) The ads often leave out the school district.

4) The ads usually only have one photo.

5) Sometimes the ads are only black & white.

6) You have to call the agent to get more information than they were willing to put in the ad. (That's what they want you to do in fact.)

7) You have to call a different agent for every house that looks interesting.  (Actually you don't, but maybe you don't know that)

8) The house advertised may already be sold.

9) You had to look through dozens of pages and hundreds of ads to find one house that might match what you're looking for.

10) You had to pay to buy the newspaper.

11) The agent had to pay to put the house in the newspaper.
