First Baptist has been my church home since I was 12 years old and my friends there are family. FBC is where Lenny and I were married and our son Jared baptized. FBC gives us plenty of opportunities to serve God in our community. My most memorable experiences are the times that I obeyed God by trying to make a visitor feel welcome then God blessed me with best friends through those efforts.

My Church is my gas station. Need the fellowship, the teaching, the prayers, the love that I feel everytime I walk in the building and see my family of fellow belivers, and the words of encouragement that come from attending my Church regularly. I thank God for a place and time to get away from the world to be with people who love God.

The kids visiting from Mississippi for Backyard Bible Club are great & we are glad that we are helping out! Plus families we haven't met in our neighborhood are coming over too :)

I became a member of RFB in July of 2000. I met some really great friends during my first weeks there including my future husband, Jim. Thank you Bro. Bob and Mary for pointing me to the right Sunday School class when you visited with me 8 years ago. Thanks RFB for loving a sinner and opening your doors to people single/divorced moms and loving them. When I was searching for the right church RFB had its doors wide open. I have always felt like I was home. I have met so many wonderful people at RFB and grown so much since becoming part of this church. I really enjoy having the opportunity to teach VBS. I have had the pleasure of teaching GAs and watching many of the girls I taught come to know Christ. Since joining in 2000 my sister and my parents have all moved their memberships to RFB.
