Thank you for taking time to visit. I am Venessa aka Lady V. I was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ and relocated to North Carolina five years ago. I am a child of God who loves the Lord from the depths of my soul and try to follow His commands and be more like Jesus everyday.
I have a wonderful and loving husband. I am the mother of four great and self sufficient children who are grown and have moved away from home. That is a blessing in itself...lol. I have 7 darling grandchildren who I spoil every chance I get.
I own and operate , a small in-home desktop publishing service.
I am a licensed Minister and have created a women's ministry titled Women's Affirmation Series - Nurturing Our Women, also know as WAS & NOW. I also created a ministry for young ladies known as DIAMONDS which stands for Daughters Inspired and Motivated on Necessary Daily Spirituality.
One of my dreams is to finish the book I am currently writing and have it published. It is a book about my younger life and the adversities that I lived through as a child and teenager. Thank you for reading about some to the things that make up who I am. I hope you find them interesting.

This four letter word that we use in so many many ways. God is LOVE and He is the real deal. Real love forgets self and always encourage others first. Real love does not count the cost of its actions. Real love gives totally of itself with no concern of receiving back. God gave His Son Jesus just for us.
