Sam and I got married on March 13, 2004. After we were married we moved to Hickory, North Carolina where we lived for almost 2 years. While we lived there, I taught 10th and 11th grade English and Yearbook, while Sam joined a family practice clinic. After we found out that I was pregnant, we decided to moved closer to family. So, Sam accepted a job with Geisinger and we moved back to PA 2 years ago. Since then, we've had 2 beautiful children and we've found an awesome church! We both love that we've met so many wonderful people at CAC. We look forward to what God has in store for us here.
Our two kids are Evan and Allyson. Evan is now 2 years old. He is definitely one of the love's of my life! He's one of the sweetest little boys in the world. He loves Elmo, Sesame Street, Dora and Diego, Miss Spider, Max and Ruby, and the Backyardigans. Yes, we are members of WVIA and we have Noggin. haha He also loves to count and be read to. We do wish he were a better eater though. I'm getting tired of making kraft macaroni and cheese and spaghettios. (Update: Evan's eating much better now. He ate chicken for lunch yesterday and today! Yea! Plus he eats yogurt and likes cheese now.)
Our sweet baby girl, Allyson, was born on January 17, 2008. She is getting so big. I'm not used to having a fat baby, but that's what she's turning out to be. She's 4 months old and she's definitely going to be my little diva - I can tell already. She eats all the time and has rolls everywhere! She gets more beautiful each day. She has the most gorgeous smile I've ever seen and her hair stands up on the top of her head.
So that's our family, except for our 2 cats, Chester and TJ. Sam and I know that we are very blessed to have such wonderful children. We thank God for His blessings everyday.
Update: We just got a Wii and are totally addicted to it! Sam plays Guitar Hero every chance he gets. I like Cooking Mama and the Playground game.
