Hmmmm...I'm a redhead. My husband thinks that alone should tell all! :>) I'm also a true-blue, born and bred Jersey girl! I know, you pity my poor sweetie already!
Nahh, seriously, I'm married to my honey, Danny, for 14 years now. We have a super 4yr-old son, Jace, who is a total gift to us. He makes things a blast every day, and it proves to me that God has an outrageous sense of humor!
I love Jesus, my family, my friends, heavy metal and hard rock (yeah, really), food (esp pizza, sweets, and most ethnic and fusion foods), reading, TALKING (uhuh--I'm a yapper), drawing, and being a major geek, I love to really dig deep and study God's Word.
I'm a Systems Engineer by trade, which is a fancy title for Project Manager, which is a fancy title for basically getting other people to do their work according to some sense of a schedule. It works for me because a fun weekend for me is re-org'ing my closet or cabinets. It makes for an interesting existence for Danny who is always wondering where I have decided to put the cereal this week! ;>)
Each day I'm a new Christian because God continually teaches me that there is much I have to learn. I have had my share of trauma and tragedy. We lost our precious baby daughter, Analiese, now 5 years ago to bacterial meningitis. God has graciously used that part of my life in many ways for His Glory.

I could pick albums that totally rock all day long, but I just pooped out. I'm an 80's kid, when rock was still heavy....than the posers came along with the makeup and killed it! I listened to a lot of secular bands when I was a kid, but am SOOOO happy that there are real Christian artists that rock--not just a bunch of folks thinking, "hmmm...we need to reach those young kids with that heavy metal stuff...lets put on our rock t-shirts and try to play some to reach those kids!" BLECHHH! | BooksI love to read! Christian fiction has come a long way, too! I love Francine Rivers and Ted Dekker's Black series. There's more books I love, but I'll add them later. Just too many to list right now! | | Television Not a huge TV person. If I watch TV, its usually the Food network or some design show. I hate to say it, but I watch mostly kid shows with my son--I'm a big fan of Peep! I think Quack is pretty funny. |
