St. Paul Lutheran Church is nestled right in the middle of the Historic area Denton just off N. Elm and Congress streets, north of the square. St. Paul is home to a University Center that reaches out to both UNT and TWU students. Youth ministry is a focus at St. Paul with Bible studies and activities for Jr. High and Sr. High Students. New for 2007 is Christ's Kids, a youth group for children grades 1-5. St. Paul also offers a Christian Learning Center for children ages 2-5 plus after school care for children Kindergarten through 5th grade. I'm glad that I have found confort in our congretation' smiles, love in their eyes, respect in their hand shakes and God's work on earth. I'm glad to be part of our community and our church.

My church community is important to me because we are a family who love God with all our heart, soul and mind. I have found joy in a BIG GOD...He is my Redeemer and Savior, and I will rejoice and sing praises to His Name always.

My church is really important to me because of the sense of community involved. It is a rare sight for a large group of people to be dedicated to the same values in this day and age... and it is amazing to be connected in that way to others.

I am here because I truly believe that this congregation is and will be doing many more amazing things. I enjoy the blend of traditional worship with praise music. St. Paul has a wonderful pastor that truly cares about the people under his care. I know that there is a genuine love for all the children and youth at St. Paul, a continuing desire to grow families that can nurture and love one another. We want to reflect the love of Jesus with the community of Denton, Texas and beyond.
