At Main Place we aren't just friendly, we're family.  We are just one huge family, as we believe the body of Christ should be (Acts 2:44-47).  Some have branded us the 'Ellis Island' of churches because we are a mix of everything- every race, every culture, and nearly every walk of life is represented in our congregation.  We are all different people from different places with Jesus Christ as our common ground. 

The Main Place is a very warm, loving church where we all feel comfortable living out life together as we strive to grow in our faith.  Our motto is "Every Member a Missionary", and that is a very fitting and necessary motto since we have 20/20 Vision.  The 20/20 Vision is our churches goal to see 20 churches started in 20 years.  We began in 2000 and we are now starting our 8th church this year in Compton.  God is doing exciting things and we are looking forward to you joining us and becoming a part of our Main Place family!
