This year 2009 is going to a year of many ups and downs.
It
is going to be a time of testing of us in many ways we never dreamed
while yet a season of new discoveries in health and science. Cures for
diseases shall be found while new diseases shall also find their way
into our lives due to lifestyles and conditions beyond our control.
Extension
of some animals while more reports of terrible weather storms and
flooding's, tidal waves and earthquakes shall birth new cracks while
volcano eruptions shall also gather our attention.A real desire to know
God shall rise up and humble many the Lord uses the least likely
secular people for their hearts shall prove more sincere than many of
the believers.
There
shall be yet another fall of a mainstream superstar minister and it
shall greatly prick the heart of the true church yet catapult them into
a universal revival of the globe where real miracles shall take place
in everyday places giving Glory to God and no man.
A
HUSH shall cover the globe as this happens as all are in awe of GOD and
this shall make the Azusa Street Revival look like kindergarten.The
season of the mega church is over. Sensationalism has taken it's toll
and the church is free of all secularism in 2009.
God
shall use the secular media of Hollywood to proclaim his glory with
many unbelievers and he shall put it in their heart to produce
spiritual films and television shows of real value and cause for
thought, as many 'Christian' producers only seek after their own lusts,
This is a
season to 'listen to the spirit' and stop 'talking to the spirit' for
he already is about your situation and he shall now 'proclaim his glory
through you, this year as you 'give all' to him unconditionally.

We thank You, our God, that You have been pleased to divinely reveal to us the great truths of the gospel! "These are such as eye hath not seen nor ear heard. Observe, the great truths of the gospel are things lying out of the sphere of human discovery: But, lying out of the sphere of nature, we cannot discover them but by the light of revelation. And therefore we must take them as they lie in the scriptures."

Reflection
Praise be to our loving Father for his grace and kindness toward His repentant children! Though we stand the sin-stained sons of fallen Adam. Though we wallow in the soul-corrupting death-reek by which we were even conceived. Though we bear our lives forth in the habits of wickedness to which our base natures are so accustomed, still does the Lord remain ever faithful to forgive those who ask it of Him! Still does the Master of all look kindly upon His children, ever resurrecting their hearts to new life! Still does the Father of all glory count us, who are worthless of our own measure, to be worthy the sacrifice of the very Son of heaven! Praise Him again! Praise be to the King of all creation, most merciful and true!

My Prayer: Lord help me to trust in You when I'm scared—when I'm afraid of what people might think of me when I tell them about You and Your good news. Thank You Lord, for being right by my side, holding my hand, and strengthening me for every good work.

Reflection
The Lord shall not forsake His promise to His saints! Indeed shall they inherit their heavenly land. Even as Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob proclaimed themselves strangers upon the earth while they looked forward to the heavenly city of promise, so too do we rest in our hope of future glory. Even now we are citizens of the great and holy Zion. Yes citizens, but ambassadors in a foreign land. Ambassadors for Christ! Yet soon and forever we shall bask in the full weight of the brightness of the glory of Christ! We only await His return in glory! Come quickly Lord Jesus! Amen!

Reflection
The Lord God Almighty is ever our bastion and bulwark of defence. As we marshal to the fore to join battle against our raging enemy, ever does the Lord's banner fly before us. As we take up the call to arms and muster to the field of our spiritual war, we take our courage in His strength—for by Him, we are become far more than mere conquerors. We are children of the King and shall ever be victorious against our foe.
