Grace & Peace. I am Minister M. Tolliver a worshipper of " Victory Faith Center" Where I am under the leadership of Apostle Walter & Izola Barbour. I started ministering when at the age of 14. I received the gift of salvation at the age of 6. The Lord has been using me every since to deliver his word and bring the freely given gift of salvation to his scattered children.
