I trumpet... musically and prophetically... for God. What a blast! Pun intended... I love to enjoy humor in every thing :)
Musically - besides all kinds of different horns (French horn, flugel horn, trumpet, piccolo trumpet) I play recorders and drums in worship band settings, in church and in conference settings. I love the trumpet... for it is used to declare the presence of God throughout the Bible. And getting in the presence of God is what life is all about!!!
Prophetically - I spread the awesome news that God is wildly in love with His children, and He wants to talk to them throughout each day of their lives! Thats what "prophetic" means - hearing God's voice. I love to help God's kids learn to hear His voice - for He is speaking, and if they are willing, "His sheep hear His voice".
I get the privilege of thanking God every day for an awesome wife and two sons, who teach me more each day about the character of our heavenly Father. |
