I am married to Joe, the t-shirt guy under the patio aka: the pulpit boy.....I have 2 boys, Ethan 12 years old and Emree who is 8 months old. I have been attending valley for 7 years now. I grew up catholic and got saved at the Franklin Graham Festival. I always had a relationship with Jesus ever since I can remember as far back as the 2nd grade going to St. Francis school. I went to Garces for High School. I pretty much knew Bible verses by memory, but I needed to apply the Word into my life. Thank God for Valley Bible!!! It was at this church that I heard God for the first time. Back then, I was living a life of sin not being married to Joe, who is now my husband of 4 years. Although we were living together for 11 years with a son, going to Valley convicted us to get right. God is BIG!!! Through His righteousness, we now live a blessed life. Our God is a God of second chances and restoration. Through circumstances and by God's grace and mercy we have been redeemed.
Currently, I work at Kern Medical Center Pathology Department, and am in the 3rd semester nursing program at BC. My first semester, I was pregnant. What a trip that was. All part of God's plan. You can be busy, but put God's Kingdom first.
Ministries I have been involved in: Royal Rangers, Cleansing Streams, Choir, Nursery and Food Ministry. This season, God has me involved with my family (especially with my 8 month old son) and school.
I aspire to be a vessel for the Lord especially in the medical field and to be a soldier in God's army for winning the lost. Be blessed everyone. Shout outs to all my peeps, you know who you are....Love you lots!!!
| | Interests Child of God, daughter, sister, wife, mother, student, employee and friend. I am not very computer saavy, but I try. On my free time, which is rare, I like to cook and throw dinner parties. Some of you have already been to some. Fellowship is awesome and important to further our relationship with God and one another.
| | Movies | | Music | | Television On my free time, I watch General Hospital. I've watched it ever since I was a kid. Hmmmmm, may need prayer on this one. LOL.
