A Watchman, An Anointed Man of God, A Humble Servant

Elder Vincent N. Elam is the pastor of Lighthouse Restoration Center and the founder of Wake-Up Ministry, an outreach and street ministry. The Lord called Pastor Elam through the scriptures Ezekiel 3:17-21 to operate in the calling of a watchman, understanding that the responsibility of a watchman is to warn the people of a coming enemy. He also understands that the watchman would be guilty of manslaughter, having the blood of people upon his hands, if he failed to warn them. God has blessed Pastor Elam with a vision for ministry that will demonstrate the Kingdom of God by the Restoration of all things to God’s Original Intention and Order, awaken the church of Jesus Christ to its real and original mission, and restore the foundation of Holiness by Educating, Empowering, and Evangelizing.

Elder Vincent N. Elam shares the gospel of Jesus Christ sounding the alarm for the church to wake up and answer the call of God, which is soul-winning, over the airways in the Central Illinois Region on a live radio broadcast called “INCITE”. Among the various ministries that God has birthed in Pastor Elam, his main focus is through prayer, fasting, and studying of the Word of God, to see the bands of wicked loosed, to undo the heavy burdens, and let the oppressed go free. That every yoke that is not placed on men and women by God be destroyed.” To give bread to the hungry, shelter to the homeless, clothes to the naked while constantly looking at the man in the mirror, striving to keep in line with the word of God”. Elder Elam believes this is the heart of God and if it is the heart of God it is the duty of his people to work diligently to please the heart of God. Elder Elam is active in this community and is involved in many community projects and agencies.  Elder Elam travels both in state and out of state preaching and teaching the life-changing, soul-saving, gospel of Jesus Christ. His travels also include singing with the gospel groups Cynthia Turner and Heartspeak as well as The Elam Harmonizers.

Elder Elam is happily married to Vanessa Elam, his wife of nineteen years and a devoted father to four sons; Vince, Nathanieal, Nickolas, and Nevin. Elder Elam believes and teaches the importance of Christian Family Morals and Values in such a time as this. He strives to be an example of a God-fearing man and upholds a standard for holy living. God has blessed each member of his family with gifts and talents, which are used in ministry with the goal building the body of Christ.

Elder Elam is an anointed preacher, teacher, and singer whose passion for ministering and serving God’s people in the Spirit of Excellence as well as his humble and meek spirit shines as a bright light in a dark and dying world. His message uplifts, encourages, enlightens, and empowers God’s people to identify and strive to fulfill their purpose in God.
