I started my journey in a unique way. When I was very small, my paternal grandmother carried me to a Baptist Church on Sunday morning. My maternal grandmother carried me to an Assembley of God church on Sunday night. I learned early on to fellowship with believers of more than one denomination. I STILL visit various denominations for fellowship.
One thing I learned, in my journey, that may differ a bit from some of you is that I CHOOSE to use the Hebrew names of God, Yahweh. I use the Hebrew name for the Messiah, Yeshua. This is the same Messiah most of you call Jesus, not some "cult" teaching. I find Messianic Jewish study really informative, since a Messianic Jew does accept the Messiah, as we do. I do not try to change people to my way, it's just a choice I made that I feel embraces the Messiah's Jewish roots and the language HE spoke. I find learning to understand the Hebrew culture and language helps me understand the Bible a lot better.
I've been through a lot in life but especially for the past five years. I've grown a lot through this and realize how much I truly depend on HIS help, protection, and mercy. I am healing and am so thankful that I do have HIM for love, friendship, guidance, strength, and so many things that I won't even try to write it all here.

Hey sis, how are you doing? Just as busy as ever with renos is my guess. Currently my building will undergo even more renos to redo all the plumbing. Once again my unit will be in a state as they have to spend two weeks cutting and fixing and repatching. This, after just having my entire place redone this summer for 3 months. I am only here to check email and send a few comments here and there these days. Soon I will be removing all my blogs as I had mentioned some time ago that I would be moving on to focus on missions. To that end, I have been very busy with a number of things, one of which is my new on line shop to raise funds for the Missions of Hope in Kenya. http://www.etsy.com/shop/kericho120 I would love it if you could help to promote it with your church friends. I will be adding more photos and themes over time. I put out one blog about it but don't expect to promote it beyond that on mychurch as I'm not comfortable "selling" on this site. When I get the crosses, I blogged about the other day, I may add them to the Etsy shop as well. I believe God is leading me to these endeavours so I am moving forward slowly but surely. Hi there, thanks for stopping by and thanks as always for viewing my blogs, pictures and videos. It is much appreciated :-)) Now if you really wanna try to make your own video with picture stills which is what I do cuz I don't have a video camera...you need to use one of a variety of programs: -Windows Movie Maker -Picasa -Photo Story 3 for Windows. Those are just a few. I use Picasa mostly and then I upload them to Vimeo. It is rather easy. Just play around a bit. Here is a tututorial on Windows Movie Maker http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/moviemaker/expert/northrup_02december02.mspx As for adding music, I find Picasa is most straightforward. These programs above are all free and Photostory came already with my computer programs. I downloaded the others. Yes soon it will be time to feed the birds...At least this year I know how to make the suet. |

Nice to hear from you. What is the weather like where you are, especially when you were clearing up outside? I haven't even touched my garden for months...it is over run. I still have a lot of work to do inside. I'm not pushing myself yet as I've just come from 3 weeks of helping mom clean her place and try to do a bit of sorting. She has lots more to do. I have a lot to do in my own place having just moved back in not so long ago. I am also planning a couple of parties..hopefully for November (Tupperware and Watkins) in preparation for Christmas, and I'm leaving for a week and half or so to visit in Ontario and take in a christian women's meeting. Life is full. xoxo
